RETURNS
If you have a change of heart you are welcome to return your watch providing:
- The watch has not been worn or damaged in any way.
- Return is within 30-days of purchase date.
- Is returned in original packaging with all tags still attached.
STEPS
1. Apply for a return Authorisation here
2. Carefully package your watch in a padded box or satchel.
3. Send to us via post or you can drop the watch back to our office here in Melbourne.
Note: We recommend sending the watch back using a registered service. We take no responsibility for lost packages.
Refunds will be issued by way of payment within 7-days of receiving the item back.
REPAIRS & WARRANTY
Should your watch need repair under warranty or otherwise, please contact us first. If the item is deemed faulty and covered under warranty according to our warranty conditions, the work will be carried out and returned to you free of charge. Repairs are normally completed within 30-days.
